Welcome to "Sportsman's Raceway" aka/"Mills Raceway" Mills, PA Although this raceway is just over the border of Allegany County in Potter County PA, many of the cars, drivers and workers came from Allegany County. We will build our Photo Gallery and information as rapidly as sent to us by you, the viewer.
